SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all domestic packages via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS). Once we have received your order, we make every effort to ship your package within two business days. We ship Monday through Friday. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, if you haven't received it, please allow 24 hours for it to begin tracking. USPS priority shipments generally take 2 - 3 business days depending on your location, however delivery times are not guaranteed. Coates & Co. Fiber is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once the order has left our studio.
All packages shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped USPS First Class Parcel Post. We will make every effort to make sure packages reach you in a timely manner, though ultimately Coates & Co. Fiber is not responsible for packages that are held in customs or lost. USPS regulations mandate that all international orders over four pounds in weight be shipped via USPS Priority mail. International First Class packages cannot be insured or accounted for once they have left our studio, USPS does not insure First Class packages.
Please note, international orders may incur customs fees. Fees vary from country to country and may be charged by your local customs office. Coates & Co. Fiber is not responsible for customs fees. We cannot mark packages as gifts or enter a lower value amount on customs forms.
Return & Exchange Policy
All of our products are made with care in small batches, and we strive to bring you the best quality product. However, if you are unhappy with your Coates & Co. Fiber purchase, please let us know within 7 days and a refund will be issued for the full purchase price minus any shipping costs incurred.
We will happily work with you regarding flawed or damaged product, please contact us via the contact form on our website or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return shipping label. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
